OUTCAST SUPPLY — SHIPPING POLICY

Different path. Same peace. Every Outcast Supply piece is produced after your order is placed.

PROCESSING + PRODUCTION

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order apparel is then produced in approximately 3–7 business days. During high-demand drops, production can take a little longer.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

After an order ships, standard U.S. delivery generally takes 4–10 business days. Most orders arrive about 7–17 business days after purchase, including production time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and exclude weekends and holidays.

TRACKING

When your order leaves production, we’ll send shipping confirmation and tracking details to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin showing carrier movement.

ORDER CHANGES

Because items move into production quickly, contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

DELAYS + LOST PACKAGES

Carrier delays, weather, customs, and events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out through our Contact page with your order number.
