Welcome to Outcast Supply. By visiting or purchasing from outcastsupplies.us, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS + AVAILABILITY

Outcast Supply releases limited, made-to-order apparel and goods. Product images are representative; screen colors and final print placement can vary slightly.

2. ORDERS + PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order when product information, pricing, or availability contains an error. If a payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Each piece begins production after your order is placed. By ordering, you acknowledge the production and delivery estimates in our Shipping Policy.

4. RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

Our Return + Refund Policy applies to every purchase. Because pieces are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

5. PERSONAL USE + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Outcast Supply artwork, logos, graphics, photography, and site content belong to Outcast Supply and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Outcast Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when needed. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the store.
